    Centennial, CO

Established in 2001, Centennial is the newest suburb city in Denver Metro area. The city is an incorporation of former towns Castlewood and SouthGlenn, as well as other unnamed sections of Arapahoe County. The nearly 30 square mile boundary line of Centennial is split in two by Interstate-25, the western line marking the edge of Tornado Alley.

To the west of I-25 lies most of Centennial’s commercial district, including numerous office buildings and entertainment centers. To the east is the majority of Centennial residential areas. Because Centennial rests largely in and on the cusp of Tornado Alley, the chances of severe storm damage and devastating tornadoes from April to October is an annual risk for business and homeowners.

However, Centennial is not all flat land that tornadoes can tear quickly over. The city is full of small gullies, rising hills, and high-sided ravines. Recreational trails and parks thrive throughout Centennial, including Big and Little Dry Creek Trails, Dry Creek Dam, DeKoevend Park, the Highline Canal Trail, Willow Creek Trail, and many others.

Centennial has also been recognized as one of the safest cities in the Colorado for families and new businesses. Though crime levels are extremely low, vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard cleanup are necessary in every town across America. ServiceMaster DSI offers professional cleanup services for any trauma situation to Centennial and the Denver Metro area.

Along with trauma cleanup, ServiceMaster DSI offers comprehensive damage restoration services to Centennial commercial and residential areas.
